We have an urgent requirement for the position of Head - Online Customer Conversion & Experience in Mumbai for a renowned Consumer Durable client who is going to start their E- Commerce portal also.
Job Description :
- Implementation of online customer experience and conversion strategy
- Creating and innovating customer centric user interface on multiple websites for excellent online customer experience
- Coordinating with UI agencies for strategic and tactical changes for best outcome
- Coordinating with technology vendors for strategic and tactical changes during implementation and operations of eCommerce portals
- Coordinating with IT teams ( GIL) for strategic and tactical changes website performance and up time/ speed
- Continuously identifying best and innovate practices in website designs/ functionalities and implementing in coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Carrying out detailed web analytic's and suggesting continuous improvement for better performance
- Managing and leading internal/ agency resources
- Coordination with offline marketing team for ensuring branding guidelines adherence
- Coordination with Content team and agencies for timely update of all content on various portals.
Desired Candidate :
- Candidate e should have excellent Educational Background.
- He/She must be willing to work in 6 days.
- 8 Years in Website Product Management (Minimum 4 years in managing eCommerce Websites having lead multi-member team)
Essential :
- eCommerce website management
- Website design / functionality
- Exposure to tier-1 eCommerce platform like IBM WCS/ Sterling commerce/ Hybris/ATG/ Magneto Enterprise
- Team Management Skills
