- Formulation online customer acquisition strategy
- Online Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Online/ Multi-channel eCommerce Sales
- Online Customer Analytics and continuous improvement
- Organic Search Engine Rankings and Traffic
- Paid Search Engine Rankings and Traffic
- GDN Traffic- Quality/ Quantity
- Affiliate Program Management / Affiliate Online Traffic
- Responsible for online traffic from all internet/ traditional channels
- Online Customer Analytics ( Visits / and cost acquisition from all channels ( SEO/SEM/GDN/Affilaite/Social/eMail/Apps) -- CPC/CPL/CPA
Job Description :
- Implementation of online customer acquisition and retention strategy
- Planning and executing Search Engine and Google Ads Campaigns
- Manage relationships with SEO/SEM/GDN agencies to drive desirable outcome
- Conceptualization and Implementation of Affiliate Program to drive online traffic
- Coordination with offline marketing team for social and print media to drive traffic to websites and ensuring branding guidelines adherence
- Conceptualization and execution of Targeted online campaigns to retain customers and drive repeat visits/ purchases
- Coordination with internal furniture product teams/ retail operations team/ offline marketing teams for planning and executing promotions on eCommerce business
- Drive innovation in online customer acquisition and retention processes
- Manage and Lead team members/ agency resources for desirable performance
- Driving customer lifetime value by identifying key means to build relationships with existing customers and encourage drive repeat purchase
- Establishment /further development of an online customer database with their email addresses
Desired Candidate :
- 7 Years in Online Customer Acquisition in eCommerce/ Retail firms ( Min 2-3 in eCommerce firms)
- Candidate should have excellent Educational Background.
- Candidate should have experience in Online Customer Acquisition.

- Google Display Network Exposure
- Experience on Web / eCommerce Analytics Tools
