Responsibilities:

Platform Operations & Delivery:

- Lead the operational execution and continuous improvement program for the ZAIDYN recommendation engine platform.

- Oversee the seamless integration of ZAIDYN with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and other relevant data sources.

- Manage the ongoing development and refinement of ZAIDYN's capabilities to optimize personalized marketing recommendations for individual doctors.

- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science and IT, to ensure successful platform implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Marketing Operations Leadership:

- Provide strategic direction and oversight for ZAIDYN's role in driving successful omnichannel marketing campaigns for the pharmaceutical industry.

- Leverage your understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (customer data, analytics, content management) to optimize campaign performance through ZAIDYN's recommendations.

- Ensure data-driven decision making throughout the marketing operations process for optimal campaign effectiveness.

Team Management & Project Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of specialists responsible for ZAIDYN operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Utilize strong project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) to deliver projects on time and within budget, leveraging tools like Jira or similar platforms.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment focused on continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading the execution of complex marketing operations programs, utilizing various platforms (Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe).

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience integrating AI/ML-driven recommendation engines with marketing operations, collaborating with data science and IT teams.

- 3+ years of project/program management experience with demonstrable delivery success.

- 2+ years of direct people management experience.

- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and how technology-driven data management and analytics improve personalized marketing campaigns.

- Experience leading marketing program execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
