It is much more than a job and main goals in first few months will be to build the sales and operations for the organisation.   Ideal candidate will have the following and would be responsible for:   1. 3-10 years of field sales experience in BFSI sector. Retail sales experience in insurance, mutual funds etc is a big plus.  2. Strong existing network in financial services industry, esp HNI clients.  3. Built a P&L of atleast 10 crore in max 2 years from scratch. Comfortable accepting an aggressive P&L target.  4. Prior Experience in setting up offline sales team  5. The role is to head the Direct Sales Vertical and to manage the end to end P&L for the business.   6. Drive aggressive growth plan in the business and build a high-performance team across India.   7. Drive sales through existing financial services sales channels.  8. Responsible for end to end target setting and achievement   Other qualities expected in the ideal candidate:  - Currently in the Junior or Middle Management level in your current jobs but you think you are capable of MUCH MORE  - A team player, optimist with decent amount of risk appetite (read ability go without salary for extended period of time)  - Eager to build an organisation and create a scalable ecosystem  - Organized and good at planning and just brilliant in execution  - Willingness to take up the challenges and be a part of successful core start-up team.
