We have been retained by some leading E Commerce clients at CorporateSearch in in Apparel Retail in Mumbai to recruit the following
Role & Responsibilities :
- Expertise in Business Development/ Marketing, Distribution Management, Key Account Management & Team Management.
- Innovating new products and launching by analyzing market trends.
- Establishing tie-ups with reliable channel partners leading to deeper market penetration.
- Monitoring channel/franchisee sales, implementing effective strategies, mapping clients requirements & providing them with customized business solutions through new proposals & presentations.
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Implementing team building strategies by promoting a spirit of co-operation between team members.
- Leading and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations thus meeting individual & group targets
- To handle distribution/franchisee business, To Plan Yearly/half-yearly/monthly business and do regular review of Target vs achievement
- To appoint new distributors/Shop in shops/Mbo's to expand reach of product.
- To manage and motivate sales Team
- To achieve top line targets with strong control and focus on bottom line targets
- Fine tune sales and marketing expense budgets to ensure bottom line
- Setting up systems for stock control. System to highlight stock ageing so as to take proactive action to liquidate stocks
Criteria :
- Experience of 10+ yrs in Apparel Retail
- Experience of setting up MBO, EBO, LFR.
- Experience in Women's Ethnic wear
- Great communication, presentation & sales skills
- Prior experience of setting up Stores & associating with Channel Partners
- Preference for folks from major ethnic players.
Qualification : Preferably NIFT / MBA but not a mandatory criteria.
