For a fact, the used car industry in India has been the center of attention in the slow growing automotive industry. According to a research by CRISIL, in the last year, demand for used cars has soared with over 42 lakh buyers. Few years ago, the ratio of new cars to used cars was 1:1.2 which is now at 1:2.2 which basically means there are 22 used cars in the market waiting to be bought for every 10 new cars sold. Simply put, the used car industry in India is almost 2.5 times bigger than the new car industry. For last 2-3 years, the used car industry has started growing at a 20% CAGR.

- CARS24.com has already become India's largest supplier of used cars and is transacting thousands of cars per month across 12 locations with 43 physical centres across India. Along with online dominance, CARS24.com also has a strong offline/conventional reach because of its widespread centres.

For the position of Head - Offline Marketing, we are looking for the following attributes :

Strong Marketing strategy & Communication experience :

- Strong exposure & marketing skills in concept to execution via a consumer-first mindset.

- Demonstrated experience in building some of Indias/ world's most trusted & loved brands.

Media buying experience :

- Experience in media planning & buying for both ATL (TV/Print/Radio/OOH) and BTL (Events/Activations).Note that strong ATL experience is a Must

Strong problem solving & analytical ability :

- Extremely lucid thinking and structured approach to problems.

- Data is King mindset when taking decisions, combined with the priceless - Marketers gut

Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and be able to switch between macro and micro views on the business.

Entrepreneurial mind-set : Very high accountability and self-propelled drive to find issues/areas to contribute in, and lead completely from concept to execution.

Prior work Experience :

- 7 to 10 years. Preferably in FMCG, Telecom or Automobile marketing & brand building experience with very strong education background IIT/IIM/ MICA/ISB or similar.
