Head of Franchise / Resellers' Lead
Job Description
- Key outcome: Rapidly create a network of 500 Resellers in a retail format across the country in non-metro areas,
- Key result areas are Speed of Rollout, High-definition On-boarding and Training of Resellers, Cost of Execution
Role Requirement - Preferred
- Experience: You have delivered a successful reseller/franchisee program pan-India in a retail format for a MNC or leading Indian company
- Leadership: You have managed teams > 5 to 20 people, able to act pragmatically, and lead cohesive teams
- You have an excellent university degree and 5-10 years’ experience in a market leading firm
- You are able to communicate in English and Hindi very well; you think and act like an entrepreneur
