Head Of Department - Design - Real Estate

Scope of work:

1. Interface with senior management to establish planning and design criteria.

2. Working on projects at every design stage i.e. Concept design, Schematic design, Design development, Tender and GFC drawings in coordination with inhouse team and consulting architects.

3. Coordination and implementation in planning with consulting architects, Liasoning Architect, MEP consultants, Structural consultants, Landscape consultants and concerned contractors to ensure planning objectives including budget constraints.

4. Coordination with RERA & EC consultants for preparation & submission of compliance report.

5. Finalization of Specifications and BOQ as per design. Approach to vendors for inviting quotes according to the BOQ. Preparation of comparatives of the same and presenting to the Management for approval.

6. Coordination with consulting Architect & rendering agency for preparation of sale plans & brochure.

7. Coordination with site team and Site visits.

8. Timely submission of required documents / drawings to Purchase department, Contracts department and to site for further necessary actions. Also assist in the evaluation of tender documents, Contracts / Work orders for completeness and checking for desired design met.

9. Tracking on approved milestones i.e. Bar chart for the projects in consultation with other concern departments.
