Roles and Responsibilities will include:
Will head the OE Marketing for PAN India
Industrial Sales / Key Account Manager:
- Key Account Manager handling OEM's towards the acquisition of projects & expand the business areas
- Cross functional support for Business Plan, Sales Forecast, Long term investment planning and Competitor Analysis
- Defining strategies for Acquisition of new projects
- Maintain / Increase the existing market share
- Providing Technical Offers to OEM's
- Monitoring Competitor activities, Support development departments with bench marking activities
Project Planning & Implementation:
- Supply chain planning for New Products Introduction, Changeover Co-ordination, Analysis of Process Flow diagram, Inbound/Outbound Logistics support towards Inventory control, Capital Equipment requirement analysis, Support for customer Order & Supply Planning, Support for Packaging Concepts Development including returnable Packaging
Program / Project Management and Improvements:
- Apply Program Management methods and processes to monitor Timelines, Costs, Profitability, Projects Plans, Project Costs, Resources. Ensure accomplishment of targeted goals
- Ensure positive customer experience towards the Project deliverable.
- Develop methods for supporting innovation and changes across the organization
- Timely introduction of the company's products in supplies
- Involvement in Investment Appraisal & localization activities
Location: Chennai
Education:
BE Graduates with an MBA of above 10 Years can apply for the position.
