Position Purpose:
- To set up and build a profitable non - resident (NRI) business. Acquire Business Values; ensure compliance, process implementation, cross sell of banking products. Mentor and handhold the team & do timely evaluation of the NR Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise strategy for development and expansion of NR book of the Bank
- Mentor and guide sales managers/champions on building and deepening client relationships through personal interaction, emailing efforts as well as social interaction.
- Provide adequate support to sales managers/NR champions in identification of market segments and database for lead generation
- Help NR Sales Managers in coordinating and working with cluster / Zonal Head in activating branches and employees to contribute towards the NR business at the ground level, thereby ensuring that NR volume targets are achieved.
- Ensure NR Channel meets its overall revenue numbers for the financial year
- Ensure that NR customers are activated in line with the expectations from the business head
- Drive product penetration in the NR Portfolio
- Ensure higher unit sales in NR portfolio in line with expectation from business head
- Driving Reward And Recognition contest through NR focus branches
- Display ability and willingness to function in and add to the performance of NR Sales Managers
- Working with product management team, marketing and other centres for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
- Co-coordinating with other businesses to generate cross referrals and for providing NR customer's seamless access to all Bank products
- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and provide inputs for product and service enhancements
- Exploring alternative channels for acquiring and servicing NRI clients across - Digital - Partnerships
Qualifications and Experience :
Requirement Qualifications:
- MBA, IRDA & AMFI certified Experience preferred
Essential:
- Must possess good knowledge of NR Segment, with a minimum of approximately 5-6 years in NR business
- Experience in building a business ground up will be an added advantage
- People Management skills are plus
- Must be in a leadership role handling multiple regions or heading a large group.
