Head - Non Banking Financial Company

- Head NBFC is responsible for development of NBFC function through a competent and strategic business plan aimed to increase the clientele and enhance business growth by offering innovative strategies and solutions to clients.

- Head of NBFC would also hold direct responsibility for complying with the norms laid down by regulatory authority like SEBI

- Understand and implement various policies and procedures related to NBFC

- Promote NBFC division tie up with other NBFC

- Oversee the functioning of Funding Dept

- Addressing government/ regulatory investigations and queries as the principal point of contact.

- Oversee compliance related matters of the department

- Ensure Process Integrity

- Develop talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretch targets and take leadership positions.
