Responsibilities:

- Own the New product development roadmap for wearables and hearables categories

- Identify new trends basis customer insights, marketplace feedback and trade fair/factory trends

- Identify gaps in product form factors, improve user engagement on Pebble app

- Advocate technology design for various segments (entry, mid, premium) of products balancing costs and quality

- Formulate technology roadmap by acting as SME and talking to IC and sensor manufacturers

- Conceptualize new features based on customer needs, increase accuracy of existing features, understand market demand and benchmark competitor products

- Gathering insights on new product categories & using them to create product briefs

- Evaluating product samples, and managing sample testing & feedback

- Finalising product claims & features for final launch

- Evaluating market scenario, competition, & price points to find relevant gaps in the market

- Evaluating packaging options, relaying briefs to packaging team, & finalising packaging options

- Managing network timelines of all new developments, & coordinating with relevant teams to launch products on targeted timelines

Requirements:

- 4-5 years OF experience in New Product Development

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
