Experience: 12-15 years- experience handling Medical Affairs, Medico Marketing, New Product Development.

Qualification: MBBS & MD/MS

Job Description:

- Responsible for new product development and designing

- Responsible for Medico Marketing and develop marketing plan for new product launches in conjunction with the product managers

- Responsible for New product launches & Product Roadmap definitions and execution

- Responsible for handling external doctors and internal stakeholders

- Responsible for designing and developing programs for effective KOL Management.

- Responsible for giving Strategic inputs to the product team

- Responsible for Scientific & medical strategic guidance to the management on new products selection

- Support marketing in new product launches and promotional activity

- Responsible for KOL engagement, conducting CMEs to support business

- Responsible for identifying gaps in product mix & technology mix and deliver on technology transfer.
