New Product Development Head with a Top Cosmetic brand

We are hiring for the role of New Product Development Manager and Head with a Top Cosmetic brand.

Location: Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify key vendors for sourcing, and manufacturing, negotiate the commercials & work with them on the final product

- Work closely with the procurement team to understand the customer and supplier pain points to constantly reinvent the new product redevelopment strategy

- Drive implementation of processes necessary for fit and finish, probable variations considering manufacturing process by getting limit samples approved from QA and R&D

- Maintain the database of all insights and information that is being researched about products, suppliers, potential target customers, product research, and relevant documents

- Understand the source of ingredients used by manufactures

- Assist marketing and branding team in providing all technical knowledge of the product, mechanism of action, strengths, precautions, efficacy expectation & condition

- Constantly stay in touch with the customer support team to understand product feedback from existing customers on product efficacy, usage, and reactions & continually improve product basis voice of the customer

- Assist with cost-saving projects and making changes to the existing formulations as per the quality and regulatory requirements

- Oversee inventory activities, including materials monitoring, ordering or requisition, and supply stocking or re-stocking
