Industry- AMC/Wealth (Corporate)
Direct Reportees- 4-6 (Delhi & Mumbai)
Reporting to: Head Institutional Sales
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate New Client leads (corporates, startups, institutions, promoter groups, super HNIs)
- Being able to identify funding and cash flow movement before it is picked up by the media
- Keeping track of various regulatory developments that would impact sector & business cash flow & taxation prospects
- Acquiring new institutional & High Net Worth clients as per the business mandate
- Increasing business from the new relationships group companies, promoters and overall AUM
- Deepen the business from the relationships handled
- Actively work towards implementing processes and ideas for increasing the number of converted clients on regular basis
- KRAs would be around number of leads generated for the team across India, number of conversions from those leads, number of new clients acquired, Avg AUM managed in this space , and various other client engagement initiatives
Skills required -
- Sound knowledge of markets/business environment, regulatory landscape, and various financial products
- Strong communication skills
- Good perseverance and follow up
- Diligent and process oriented
