- Conducting competitive analysis, pricing, promotions, channel strategy, consumer satisfaction, NPS for categories; spearheading sales, inventory and operations in line with profitability objectives
- Responsible for the development and management of national B2B Demand Generation marketing programs, including strategic planning, budget management, execution, and ROI tracking.
- Increased market penetration by coordinating with and supporting the sales channel.
- Conducting periodical review meeting for assessing the on time promotional event progress, coordinating with service department for the feedback of product & consumer insight.
- Conducting ATL and BTL activities to ensure Product and Brand Promotions. Effectively measuring on ROI of the events.
- To ensure successful roll out of several Promotional offers and to conduct the customer engagement programs in and around the TG.
- Studying the market for prospects and developing strategies to enhance business.
- Developing marketing collaterals for all marketing activities and events/exhibition-coordinating copy and design
- Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities as a part of market development and brand building effort.
- Providing assistance in achieving financial targets for the year for the Region via different promotional and marketing activities.
- Responsible for maintaining the client database for various Marketing events.
- Accountable for End to End management for all co branded marketing programs with partners through tie ups and alliances.
- Demonstrated efficiency in developing corporate tie-ups for continuous revenue generation and adding to the top-line and bottom-line of the company.
- Ensuring high Product Display Share and Visibility share in Multi Brand Outlets and Modern Trade Outlets.
