3. Scope & Impact: The position's primary responsibility is to grow the Lead Angels Network through new member inductions from inbound/ outbound leads. The network plays a key role in developing the overall business of Lead Angels. Additionally, the position will help in creating marketing programs to enhance Lead Angels brand across startup ecosystem. The incumbent should be equally adept in numbers, as well as assist preparing marketing collaterals.
4. Key Responsibilities:
Direct & Indirect Sales
- Managing sales team
- Handling escalated sales calls.
- Indirect Sales - Venture partners & other partnerships
- Developing and managing lead-gen programs
- Well- versed with data analysis and numbers
- Setting up processes for team
Marketing & Brand Development:
- Participate in overall marketing strategy and execution plans.
- Marketing collateral preparation
- Assist team for managing Social Media presence
- Responsible for FB and Instagram influence includes self-created videos, posts and blogs.
- Created out of the box advertorials for media add
- Conversant with techniques to improve BTL activity.
- Creating Digital Marketing campaigns
- Customer retention strategies and loyalty programs
- PR & Events - All India event management
Support to sales and marketing activities of Lead Advisory and LAMPS in building the brand Lead Angels
5. Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills - verbal & written

- Adept in Excel, PowerPoint

6. Education/Training:
MBA/CA/CFA/Engineer/ Graduate with 4-5 years direct sales experience preferably in dealing with affluent and HNI clients.
7. Compensation
Market standard with exciting variable component.
8. Future Growth
The incumbent could grow into multiple roles both within LAN and outside it based on relationship building and learning capabilities.
