Job Description :
- The Position takes pan India responsibility of Network and Dealer development to strengthen the sales channels for the organisation. The position will also have responsibility of the regional dealer development teams to ensure implementation of strategies in the most effective manner.

Our client is a leader in the Industrial Goods industry with presence in over 180 countries and 60+ Manufacturing plants Globally. They are into diversified businesses through various brand names and majorly deal with construction equipment and Automobile OEMs.
In India, their business is almost 25 years old with a strong presence in the Agricultural, Industrial as well as construction capital goods industry.
Description :
The key responsibilities of the position are :
- To strategise for the ideal dealer network size and reach that gives maximum volume output
- Prioritise India growth zones (State/Districts/Cities) based on go-to-market strategy, coverage and potential
- Ensure the market reach is aligned to the customer procurement and service support footprint needed for these prioritised zones
- Implement a go-to-market model utilising all the channels being defined
- Work with Sales and After sales regional team to define and apply network development standard work and tools
- Training, mentoring and leading the network development team to ensure efficient implementation of set strategies and objectives
Profile :
The successful candidate will have :
- 15+ years of experience in the Construction Equipment/ Capital Goods space with over 5 years in a regional/Pan India position
- Experience in sales and providing network solutions based on customer needs in B2B environment, preferable in Construction equipment / Commercial Vehicle space
- Consolidated experience in financial, commercial and territorial planning
- Ability to communicate and present to internal and external/international audiences
- Strong Communication skills and team management skills
