Head - NBFC Partnerships

We are building a fully-embedded full-stack solution to enable Finance as a service across the spectrum of Business Lending, Co Lending, Financing Technology Suite, and P2P financing products. The key responsibility of this role is to ensure and build strategic partnerships, onboard organisations to enable lending as a service, and work closely with industry leaders to create tailor made products for target segments.

About the Role

Key responsibilities:

- End-to-end ownership of Financial Institution relationships to drive business growth

- Expand partner portfolio to onboard more banks and NBFCs

- Act as a catalyst between the Bank team and the Arthmate team to ensure smooth operations - tech integration, Operations management, etc.

Ideal candidate:

- Someone with 8+ years of experience in managing Financial Institution relationships

- Able to work independently and drive results

- Collaborative - able to work with cross-functional teams

- Loves technology and is able to work with tech teams to deliver outcomes on time
