1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve the company's sales targets and market share goals in the beauty products segment.

2. Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives and field executives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.

3. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

4. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors to ensure product availability and visibility in the market.

5. Distribution Management: Manage and expand the distribution network, ensuring efficient product distribution to maximize sales and market coverage.

6. Budget and Forecasting: Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the assigned area, working within allocated resources.

7. Promotions and Merchandising: Plan and execute promotional activities, in-store displays, and merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and consumer engagement.

8. Sales Reporting: Regularly report sales performance, market feedback, and other relevant data to higher management, providing insights and recommendations.

9. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels at retailers and distributors, minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.

10. Compliance: Ensure that all sales and marketing activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and guidelines.

11. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.

12. Problem Solving: Address any challenges or issues in the market, such as pricing disputes, product quality concerns, or distribution problems.

13. Travel: As an Area Sales Manager, you may need to travel frequently within the assigned territory to oversee operations and meet clients.
