Position : Head – Mould Shop

Designation : AGM-Mould Shop

Qualification required : B.Tech/B.E (Mechanical)

Experience : 15-20 years

Age Limit : 50

Duties & Repsonsibilities

1. To prepare Monthly / Quarterly plan for Mould Shop.

2. To prepare Monthly / Quarterly mould casting requirement.

3. To prepare Mould / Accessories maintaining plan to support Monthly/Weekly production plan given by sales.

4. To ensure job changes are adhered to as per sales plan.

5. To plan for new product development in Co-ordination with Deign dept.

6. To develop vendors for outsourcing as per need.

7. CNC M/c plan and administration of same.

8. Cost of outsourcing to be monitored & controlled.

9. Costing of inventory to be monitored & controlled.

10. Co-ordinate with production & Design to incorporate modifications essential for improvement in efficiency.

Desired Profile :

- Candidate working as Incharge of Mould Shop of a large organization at AGM/DGM level and taking care of Mould Development, Mould Maintenance, CNC shop.

Tech Skills required

- Programming knowledge on CNC machines

- Unigraphics, 3 D programming

Reporting To - Sr.VP-Operations, Hyderabad Plant
