Role of Head - Modern Trade - PAN India

Job Location : Mumbai

EXP : 10 to 18 Years

Reporting to : CEO

Role : Managing the Business in Modern Trade Formats - PAN India

Reportees : KAM, ASM's & SO's

Job Responsibilities :

- Business delivery as per plan

- Implementing the companies merchandising and planogram in all key outlets for area of influence

- Design and implement modern trade structure

- Execution of all national agreements, manage strategically important trade client.

- Relationship building and business benefits from the same in area of operation

- Design and implement promotions and maximize business through least cost to the organization

- Look at long term contractual agreements with the outlets to gain competitive advantage both in terms of visibility and also in business terms

- Team management - motivate them to deliver business, ensure skill up gradation and capability building of modern trade team
