Description - The role is of a Modern Trade Head, for a large FMCG company with global brands. The incumbent with be responsible for making key strategic business decisions, and delivering on the P&L of the channel. It also involves building & managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description :
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Develop and manage a long term customer strategy and relationship with key accounts
- Define and lead the process of negotiating annual customer trade terms
- Lead and develop the Key Accounts Team
- Achieve all key sales measures and targets for national accounts (Revenue, Gross Margin, Trade Spends)
- Develop the customer promotion and product launch plans, ensuring excellent execution
- Assist and coach sales team to achieve their KPI's
- MBA from a premier B- School
- Current/Previous as a National Key Account Manager is a MUST
- Additional experience in Trade Marketing or Regional Sales will be an advantage
- Highly analytical and numerate
