Head - Modern Trade - FMCG

Hiring Modern Trade Head for one of worlds leading FMCG food multinational.

Purpose : Driving the modern trade business for the category and be the champion of the brands across key account chains and self-service stores

Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with Key account chains and Self service outlets to increase presence and enable joint business planning.

- Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones quarter on quarter

- Implementing the assortment, pricing, promotion, visibility and merchandising to maximize the growth potential within the assigned budget

- Regular monitoring and continuous negotiating the effectiveness of TOT's for the Organization benefit

- Strengthen relationship with the customer, both at HQ and store level to ensure full customer plan implementation

- Fully understand market / competitor intelligence and identify customer opportunities

- To ensure the A/C operational excellence
