Graduates/Post Graduates (Below 40 years) having experience and responsible for :
- Prepare the sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy
- Drive profitability and deliver on the Revenue and Share parameters.
- Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with overall business strategy.
- Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans.
- Category management and Promotion planning.
- Driving operational efficiency
- Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions
- Maintaining revenue stream for the organization through strategic alliances with Modern Trade & Online customers.
- Provide trade information, competitor's activities and market intelligent to company
- Manage workforce across the Modern Trade / Ecommerce / B2B
Graduates/Postgraduates preferably MBA from Premium Institutes with 10-15 years' experience, at least 5 years exposure to Modern Trade / Ecommerce / B2B format from FMCG / Food/Stationery products background with excellent communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
