The position is at DGM/ AGM level.  Education : MBA/ PG Diploma in Business Management  Experience: 10 - 15 Years of FMCG sales & marketing experience and Modern Retail exposure  Location: Kolkata  Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  1. Candidate must have sound knowledge & understanding of Sales & Marketing function in the Modern Retail market. An excellent communicator having loads of patience to listen and have the confidence to succeed in a competitive environment. Must have the perseverance to endure and the will to overcome all odds, come whatever the situation. He must be excellent in people relations & capable to lead a team impartially. He must be fair to all with an eye for detail. The position requires traveling ( minimum 15 days a month ). Candidate should have been working in his last position for 3 years or more.   2. Candidate must be a graduate with a post-graduate degree/diploma in Business Management from a premium institute with 10 - 15 years experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing domain ( Modern Retail ). An ideal candidate would currently be at ASM/ RSM level with FMCG majors like HUL, Nestle, Kelloggs, ITC ( consumer products div ), Godrej ( consumer products div ), Wipro ( consumer products div ) etc. The position is based at Kolkata. referred age-group is 35 - 40 years.
