Job Description : Lead & manage the MIS & Reporting systems across the organization; comprehend and translate technical & functional business requirements into visual reports and dashboards with interpretations for business use

Client Details : One of the leading NBFC dealing in financing for retail urban and rural segments

Description :

- Lead, design & manage MIS & reporting systems with guiding teams and looking into technical aspects as need be across the organisation

- Gather business requirements, interpret and analyse and present them to the Leadership through dashboards, visual reports, etc.

- Comprehend and translate complex technical and functional data into presentable inferences and information

- Adopt agile methods and implement automation & improvements for generation of reports and dashboards

- Work alongside teams like production support, finance, compliance, and regulatory on relevant projects

Profile :

- 14-18 years of experience across IT in MIS, reporting, data analytics, and business analysis/ intelligence

- Experience working on Qlikview/ Qliksense, SQl and other BI tools

- Understanding of data analytics and its applications

- Ability to understand and infer from complex data to presentable formats for business requirements using SQL query

- Analytical bent of mind and high reasoning skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong stakeholder and team management record
