Head - MIS - FMCG

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance information systems and reporting capabilities

- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of databases, data warehouses, and reporting systems to support business operations and analysis

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for data and reporting needs

- Lead the development and implementation of data visualization tools and dashboards

- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources

- Collaborate with the Commercial team for analysis of the MIS and handle request for any adhoc reports as needed

- Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure efficient data flow and integration between systems

- Provide guidance on data governance and security to protect sensitive information and comply with data privacy regulations

- Support organization teams with ad-hoc data analysis and insights to optimize decision-making processes

- Lead the training and development of team members to enhance their technical skills and capabilities

- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement improvements in data management and reporting infrastructure

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data management and reporting technologies

- 12 to 15 Years of relevant experience

- Proven experience in managing information systems and reporting functions, preferably within finance and business in the FMCG Manufacturing industry

- Track record of implementing data visualization tools and dashboards for performance reporting

- Experience with data governance and data security practices
