Role : Will lead MIS function. Also support 5 business verticals (Consumer Lighting, Commercial Lighting, Office Furniture, Switches and Yardley)
Location: Bangalore
Reporting: CFO; will have team of 8 reporting under him
Technical specifications:
- CA with experience with a manufacturing industry background, preferably from FMCG / Consumer Goods Industry
- Working knowledge of SAP and ability to go deeper into configuration, if required
- Excellent in MS Office, particularly Excel & PPT
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and good analytical skills
- Solid business & commercial acumen

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Objectives
1. Assist in the Preparation of the Long Term Strategic Business Plan
- Formulate a long term business plan along with the Head of Business Strategy and the Heads of the Business Units, translate multi-year strategic plans into Annual Operational plans and drive execution
2. Perform ongoing strategy evaluation and analysis
- Monitor targets, trend analysis and key financial metrics to track progress

- Act as steward and educator to the business regarding guidelines and effective practices of uses of capital
- Align with business leaders for optimal and efficient use of capital to support the operation and achieve growth objectives
- Consistently monitor and recommend improvements toward working capital operations
