Head - MIS/Financial Planning & Analytics - CA - BFSI

Job Description :

- The incumbent is expected to handle & manage the end to end MIS and Analytics function of a renowned BFSI client. The job involves working in close coordination with CXO level to ensure the timely delivery of relevant and value added MIS to assist in driving performance across the organisation

- The incumbent will design, develop and provide relevant and timely action oriented MIS and Analytics to the management team.

- Research, Design and Implementation of Scoring and Segmentation Models and Methodologies

- Provide value-added analyses to highlight process improvement opportunities and highlight source of variance to facilitate action plans

- Support Internal team and management team for MIS/analytical needs

- Build MIS infrastructure to report on quality and effectiveness of processes

- Ensure reported data is of high quality and integrity and serves business need

- Work in close collaboration with Senior Executive to provide weekly reporting on financial performance and scorecard metrics

- Support fee and revenue forecasting, capacity planning and budgetary inputs

- Build Recovery/ Financial Models to support pricing decisions on Debt Portfolio Purchases

Desired Profile :

- CA with more than 12 years of relevant experience

- Experience in handling MIS and Analytics of the Retail Segment of Bank is highly preferable

- Strong analytical and Modelling skills

- Strong Maths and Statistics Background

- Working knowledge of MIS tools and utilities

- Results oriented individual with a strong desire to make contributions to the business

- Strong communication/ presentation skills

- Exceptional Leadership Skills and Ability to Drive Change
