Head - MICE & Travel

MICE :

- Head MICE activities to plan, organise and coordinate all aspects of Meetings, Conferences and Events in India and worldwide for relevant stake holders, aligned to overall objectives of the Business Units, within defined budgets, and ensure that the team delivers a unique experience to the delegates.

- MICE caters to Health Care Practitioner engagement & employee group bookings.

Travel :

- Accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing management of all travel programs with its spend.

- This is inclusive of supplier management, with vendors such the Travel Management Company, Corporate Card Provider, Airlines, Hotels, Car providers, Technology suppliers, etc.

- The role also develops policies that influence employee behaviour as it relates to travel.

- The role requires the ability to effectively manage and prioritize a heavy workload with completing priorities and occasional drop everything situations to support business recovery and natural disaster situations.

- Organise and if necessary conduct trainings for the team. Personnel Management.

- Drive automation thru implementation of iExpense and its expansion to other geographies.

- Travel caters to individual employee travel bookings across the company
