Key roles and responsibilities :

- Devising M&A strategies, identifying sectors and companies in line with the inorganic strategy of the company that might be viable business targets

- Researching market conditions and developments and analysing market potential

- Conducting financial due diligences

- Carrying out financial modelling that support the assessment of M&A opportunities (investment, divestment.)

- Communicating of ongoing activities co-ordinating follow-up items as appropriate.

- Presenting findings and pitching investment opportunities at Board Meetings.

- Analysing, assessing, and communicating to the Board of high-level business impacts and risks.

- Involving the Legal department, ensuring all the regulatory aspects of a transaction have been considered,

- Leading the transaction process initiation to closure including operational due diligence, synergy review, "day-one" readiness assistance.

- Building and maintaining productive relationships with our target companies and related network.

- Managing cross-functional teams through the transaction process.

- Draft deal documentation such as proposals, teaser, memorandum, management presentation, also participate and coordinate with third party service providers( including but not limited to Financial, commercial, legal and tax due diligence) in due diligence, deal valuation and financial structuring etc.;

- Direct outside advisors and consultants when required.

- Monitor complex transactions and perform appropriate negotiations for same.

- Manage and evaluate all data, ensure accuracy and recommend appropriate solution for same.

- Monitor all results for process and maintain quality to improve businesses.
