Head - Mergers & Acquisition - CA/IIM/ISB/XLRI

Candidate should have handled mutiple M&A projects and also have a very good exposure to IPO's

This position would report to the CFO

Location based in Mumbai

Qualification :

- Fully qualified CA or a MBA fulltime for Top B school

- Should have handled all aspects of M&A from investment analysis, identification of opportunities, due diligence, development of business cases, financial modelling, preparing and making board presentations and providing support to the CFO and members of the Board of Directors on the evaluation of M&A deals

- Proficient with acquisitions, mergers & integration activities. Valuation of business, due diligences and negations on the terms of deal

- Expertise in Fund Raising from VC / PE Funds, Debts & Borrowings from Banks.

- Adept in independently managing all strategical, financial planning & analyses; expertise in collecting, summarizing, and interpreting financial data for stakeholders.
