Job Requirements

Qualifications

- MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes or CA (1st or 2nd attempt)

- 13+ years total experience including 5 years experience in M&A domain.

- Proven track record of evolving and implementing M&A projects end to end (pre and post).

- Strong in data analytics and project management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of CMS policies towards achieving growth through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

- Analyze the possible impact on the organization. - estimate cash flow and probability identify potential risks and create corresponding solutions.
