Looking for Head - Merger & Acquisition in leading group.

Reporting: Group CFO

Location: Kolkata

As Head - Mergers & Acquisitions your responsibilities include the following:

- Planning and execution of pre and post M & A activities, in-depth analysis of investments opportunities and advising the best structure to undertake investments with the objective of Optimizing returns.

- Due Diligence, Valuation Analysis, Financial Modeling, Valuation methodologies

- Diversification and De-risking of Business Model

- Analysis of regulatory environment and framework - essential for Mergers & Acquisitions

Desired Candidate Profile:

- CA / MBA with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.

- Must have accomplished successful acquisitions in past

- Investment Banking background will be definitely an add on.

- Professional with a go getter attitude with high energy levels

- Should possess excellent communication and analytical skills
