Position Title: Head Merchant Services and Support (Customer Services)
KRA's:
- Responsible for end-to-end merchant experience in onboarding, servicing, support, collection etc.
- Monitoring vendor performance
- Responsible for field and back-office support of merchants
- Provide project management, governance and risk management perspective in meeting merchant needs
- Experience managing in an outsourcing/managed services environment
Qualification: MBA
Industry preference: Banking, Payment Industry, mobile payments companies
