Responsibilities :
- Primary ownership of the client merchant product which includes mobile apps and desktop site.
- Develop and lead strategic roadmaps, define product and market requirements for both online as well as brick and mortar businesses.
- Define high-level business cases to optimize commercialization of products.
- Establish performance targets and business metrics to drive acquisition and adoption of the product.
- Build a high-performing team with deep experience in the consumer/merchant and digital payment space. Hiring and leading talent to ensure a best-in-class product.
- Continuously scan external environment to bring in best-in-class practices and challenge conventional wisdom to ensure APB's continued leadership and excellence.
- Develop successful launch requirements (e.g., level of customer support required, development resources for deployment, marketing collateral) and co-create solutions with other functions (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance)
Desired Candidate :
- Experience in e-commerce compulsory
- Should have epxperience in B2B e-commerce product management
- MBA from top B-school
