Primary Responsibilities:
- Planning/ Strategy for Gross Margin Enhancement, New Product & Store Launch, Consumer Promotions, etc. with cross functional teams
- Assortment Planning for 400 stores across 50+ cities - Handsets and Accessories - basis Price Band, Brands, Margin Mix, and Consumer Promotions.
- Visual Merchandising, Planogram, Store Concepts
- Inventory Planning and Procurement for Higher Stock Turns for Omnichannel business including Retail, Ecommerce, FED (Fast Expert Delivery) and MOE (Mobile Easy) platforms.
- Maintaining a robust Balance Scorecard for Self and team in order to ensure achievement of key business metrics viz., STI, Ageing Control, Stock-in%, Fill Rates, Vendor Lead Time Control, Inter & Intra state Stock Transfers.
- Collaborating and proactively provide critical, real-time MIS along with actionable inputs to Sales, Category and Marketing teams.
- Implemented a first-of-its-kind Inventory Rebalancing method to achieve lean inventory model and reduce the working capital needs
- Built and implemented pincode-wise stock allocation for FED and MOE platforms.
- Deployed demand based supply model in MOE platform by synergising with General Trade channel to supply under 2hr and Next-day delivery options.
