Head - Merchandising - Telecom Retail

Primary Responsibilities:

- Spearheading PAN India Supply Chain Function, including Logistics & Warehouse Management and Merchandising for Omni-Channel Business, consisting of stores, warehouses, and multiple channels.

- Conceptualizing & facilitating implementation of Themes across the Region & Zone.

- Visualizing artwork for exterior/interior communications.

- Visual Merchandising - Planning, Budgeting and Formulation of Strategies.

- Ensure standardization implementation of Visual Communication is present across the Stores

- Practices and procedures in relation to products and their proper display, on Visual Merchandising standards

- Monitor the production & execution of Visual Merchandising concepts outsourced to an external Agency.

- Vendor development & management.

- Assuring the quality of all printing and hardware is as per standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree is must.

Master degree is preferred in general management/retail management
