- This profile will assist me in all strategy formulation and execution.

- Profile should be IIT (or Engineer)+IIM with 8 to 12 years experience

- Very good on planning and execution

- Extremely good at handling a team of senior managers - very good leadership qualities

- Varied experience in retail and any other consumer facing industry

- Must be attuned to managing an environment with high level of dynamic planning

Salary range between 15 and 19 Lakhs
