Head Merchandising

We are hiring Head - Merchandising for a leading Ecommerce Company based out of Dubai.

You have 6 to 10 years of hands-on E-commerce Merchandizing experience from a successful, well-known online retail business

- You drive and articulate the e-commerce merchandizing vision for the business

- You have hands-on experience leading, mentoring and growing E-commerce Merchandizing teams

- You take accountability and ownership over the P&L

- You're great at financial analysis, KPI-driven and have a track record of successfully driving web sales

- You're in charge of product selection and collaborate with buying teams to cherry-pick best selling products

- You're also in charge of product quality control - you're able to reject certain products if they don't match the criteria for online product selection

- You're adept at Product research and know what the hottest products are across departments and categories

- You have expertise with trend-determining tools and technologies

- You know how to create online promotions in conjunction with offline ones

- You're experienced with maintaining and evolving a Merchandizing calendar that maps seasonal product hits by business and key events - to better plan Merchandizing, Product and Promotion strategies

- You know when to tweak product prices based on a situation

- You analyst high and low performing products and know when to make product changes

- You're comfortable leading and managing the inventory controlling and replenishment processes

- You're excellent at reporting, sharing and presenting the Merchandizing KPIs with key stakeholders at the right times

- You keep up with the latest trends in the e-commerce merchandizing space

- You're great at collaborating with and supporting warehouse operations and content management teams to ensure new batches of product go online at the right time

- You're familiar with the process of mapping product codes from different inventory and warehouse management systems

- You're as much of a doer as you are a leader

- Your an excellent communicator, facilitator and collaborator

- You're comfortable dealing with tight deadlines and multiple teams
