Head - MEP - Real Estate

KRA (Key responsibility areas):

- Manage projects and coordinates with the Planning Engineer for the overall planning (work program, work schedule, histograms, material delivery schedule) of the project activities; defines the scope and implements project plans in accordance with the client’s needs

- Handling HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing works of high rise residential / commercial buildings, as well as hospitality projects in contracting company.

- Supervising, managing and installation of equipment, also in engineering functions in respective area of expertise.

- Utilizing all of Company’s resources including all Operating personnel (Staff and Workers) and movable/non-movable Assets, Suppliers, Sub-contractors; interacting with Consultants, Clients, various Statutory authorities etc. ; plan, establish overall project plans objective, master project schedule and financials including project budget and work with the Client/Consultant to ensure satisfactory delivery of project.

- Select vendors and manage vendor activity and performance to ensure compliance with the overall objectives of the project viz. costs, standards and schedule. Manage consultants for various projects including the entire design process from the concept design stage through the final designs.

- Establish and manage the financial expenditure budgets of the project and monitor costs to ensure compliance with the planned expenditure.

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, safety and environmental issues. He must be able to resolve project problems and complaints and act as a point of reference for techno-commercial issues.

Job Competencies (Technical & Behavioral):

- Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical with 14-19 years of working in high rise building projects. Experience in the Middle East or Far East is Mut
