Job Description :

- Lead and Co-ordinate all MEP Design and later Development work for New Mixed Use Commercial Projects

- 15-20 years of experience of working in MEP Design of Hotels, Hospitals, High Rise Buildings and Malls among others

- Our client is one of the largest developers in India and is known for their Large Scale Commercial Projects across India

Description :

- Lead the Design and Development of MEP for a Mixed Use Large Scale Commercial Project

- Design, conceptual planning, presentations, designing, calculations, tendering, estimation, Project Management site coordination and supervision.

- Identify and On-board Engineering Design/Consulting Partner to lead design for the project

- Build and Scale MEP Team technically equipped to work on the assignment

- Execution, Erection, Testing, commissioning, handing over of all MEP System.

Profile :

- The successful candidate would be an Engineering graduate in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of overall experience in MEP Design with a specialization in Electrical and overview of Firefighting and Design

- Experience of working in MEP Design of Hotels/Hospitals/High Rise Buildings/Malls/PMC

- Establish positive relationships with colleagues and external counterparts

- Execution, Erection, Testing, commissioning, handing over of all MEP System.
