Job Description

Medico-Marketing initiatives - Timely development and deployment of technical promotional inputs, as per the COE (3 cycle meet) - To provide marketing tools to field force in order to enable them for effective communication on test on promotion

Medico-Marketing initiatives - Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams such as operations and sales for preparing marketing - To provide marketing tools to field force in order to enable them for effective communication on test on promotion

Training Formulate and execute high quality induction, training and refresher training programs - To impart scientific knowledge to the field force for test on promotion. To improve communication skill in detailing scientific test to doctors.

CMEs: With the help of field force, identify opportunities for conducting standalone CMEs/partnering - Providing marketing support for success CMEs planned by field force and make sure they are budget effective
