Head - Medical Services - Healthcare

- Medical Head MBBS +MHA/MS with minimum 15+ years of experience

- Development of Medical Strategy, Service profile and Delivery strategies

- Handling the medical staff in the organization and responsible for the effective functioning of clinical and ancillary services for efficient patient care

- Monitor and improve the quality of care,utilization of facilities, turnover and performance of staff

- Handling recruitment of Consultants residents and paramedical staff, appropriately delegate duties and responsibilities

- Responsible for effective communication between the hospital and its employees - and thus issuing circulars and attending interpersonal and departmental meetings.

- Ensure proper confidentiality of medical records and patients documentation.

- Handling medico legal, ethical and research issues concerned with patient care and coordinating with the respective clinical heads

- Ensure proper allocation of paramedical and support staff to all departments in the hospital
