Head - Medical Content Writing

- MBBS (Required) with post graduation in MBA preferred

- Must have team-management experience in a Medical writing company/Pharmaceutical/KPO

- Proven work experience of 10 years in eLearning development, content creation, video production.

- Review, redesign and produce clinical learning content

- Build a lean strong team to rapidly expand content capability across the group.

- Identify and partner with clinical experts around the world to create highly engaging and technically accurate learning content.

- Develop accurate project priorities, schedules and budgets for execution of course content.

- Hire, train and up-skill the content organization to drive business requirements.
