What is the role?

- Senior Medical Affairs Manager is responsible for providing medical expertise and strategic direction for Telemedicine vertical of JD. S/he will be involved in every step of the product development taking care of the medical protocols and guidelines. S/he will lead internal medical team and manage relationship with partner doctors.

Roles And Responsibility

- Help guide the strategic direction in telemedicine product

- Setup Quality Standards, protocols, and guidelines

- Internal Medical team Onboarding and team management

- Manage effective relationship with KOL (key opinion leaders) / HCPs and partners

- Drive Product Performance Metrics (Medical)

- Setup and manage the process to handle Medico-legal cases

- Provide data-driven insights and suggestions that address opportunities for product improvements

- Engage with other Product managers to collect requirements/user stories

- Assist with the development, review, and/or approval of medical content, promotional materials, and activities.

- Keep up to date with new developments and treatment guidelines in Telemedicine

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Post graduate medical degree - MD/ DNB/ DM - General Medicine / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine

- 3+ years of experience in a Telemedicine platform

- Management degree would be a plus

- Excellent communication skills - especially able to have a strong relationship with Doctors

- Prior team management experience

- Knowledge of the online consultation market

- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
