Job Description - Reporting to the Clinical Medical & Regulatory Affairs Director, your job responsibility entails:

- Responsible for all Medico-marketing activity of department

- Designing overall medical affairs strategy for assigned product group in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams

- Managing relationships with KOLs, physician associations, Industry bodies Scientific expert for overall basket of products

- Designing and driving overall strategy on medical education, publications, medical information, medical training, phase IV studies and any other medical affairs initiative

- Responsibility for resource allocations, planning and overall medical affairs budget People & performance management

- Managing a team of Medical Advisors and 40 plus team of medico marketers.

The Successful Candidate - You are a Doctor in Medicine with Clinical pharmacology or equivalent clinical specialty and a Bachelors in Medicine & Surgery. You have minimum of 8-10 years of work experience post medicinal practice in Pharma industry as Medical or Senior Medical Advisor.You have the leadership traits to manage a team of over 40 people and the skills to head the whole Clinical & Medical Regulatory Affairs in the future. You posses great articulation, networking skills, ability to lead the team and are able to represent the brand on global forums.
