- Identifying and publishing our products on suitable marketplaces.
- Building and scaling group-wide marketplaces presence with full P&L responsibility.
- Heading the complete external brand portfolio which includes apparel, footwear, perfumes, etc.
- Analyze opportunities, develop and implement strategies to grow the Marketplace business through new channels and programs
- Define the drivers of success for these channels, including selection, quality, customer satisfaction, partner health, traffic, and operational success;
- Establish relationships with key partners for these channels to increase relevant selection, and add value and convenience for our customers;scaling up, and reducing costs while increasing efficiency.
- Build out and own commercial planning of all E-commerce business, work closely with cross-functional teams and external brand e-commerce agencies to unlock both revenue and profit opportunities
- Research industry trends, seeking opportunities to bridge gaps in business objectives and push the business forward
- Responsible for the planning and execution of global online store expansion and business
- Report and manage the growth of new channels post-launch, achieving growth and profitability targets, developing effective traffic and online marketing strategies 5+ years of experience in consumer goods retailing and intimate knowledge of online business-to-consumer (B2C) models.
