Job description:
You will be responsible for driving and achieving the annual business plan of online sales by developing effective marketing and product strategy.
What You Will Do :
Focus on the expansion and development of the brand's E-commerce marketplace presence to drive sales revenue, profit and ROI
- To create, plan and execute a clearly defined E-Commerce Marketplace strategy for the brand in liaison with the Management team.
- Investigate, assess and where applicable, implement successful industry best practices.
- Expand the team by hiring the right resources for the organization.
- Driving achievement of sales / growth targets by leveraging effective listing strategies derived basis analytics on market places.
- Optimize marketplace performance: You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize marketplace performance. This may involve analysing performance data, developing marketing strategies, and implementing tactics to improve sales and revenue growth
- Develop and execute marketplace strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining the highest level of customer experience.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketplace, including inventory management, pricing, promotions, and product placement.
What You Need To Have:
- 10+ years of experience of handling marketplace
- Experience in preparing annual operating plans as well as sales plans
- Expertise in the industry and product
